Man! There are a lot of entries on CAMCO and I am not going to bore you with my story cause it seems that everything that has happened to me can be found, in one way or another, within the writings of the other entries.
My question is that with all of these entries, and with all of the people saying that they are filing complaints to the Ill. Atty Gen, why has nothing seemed to be done about them?
Is Ill. Forgiving their transgressions due to the amount of jobs CAMCO supposedly brings into Ill? What about all of the lawsuits that I read about individuals pursuing? If the individual states can do something about this entity great but then that still seems to leave one outside of the US in Jamaica? What is being done about that one? If nobody is supposed to be able to access your credit besides you and those you sign authority over to, then how do they gain access to your personal credit file? Is it the fault of the credit agencies for giving it out? Or is it the fault of the Fed for not having stricter regulations on an individuals personal information?
Some of you who give feedback are or appear to be pretty knowledgeable when it comes to individuals legal rights in a matter such as this and I am hoping that those individuals can send me links online to other official sites like the FTC where others have posted complaints about CAMCO and their practices for I cannot locate anything on the FTC site about any pending lawsuits or complaints on them.
I would like to be able to use them to lend creedence to my own situation if further action is taken on my part in the future. FYI I have links to forms where I can fill out a complaint of my own so I'm not looking for those... Just other links to back up my own issues. I dont want the complaint to be my only reference.
