Wrongfully sold my home while made modification payments

Chase Mortgage Nightmare I would like to express and let everyone know how: Chase Mortgage has unfairly treated my mother even after they have admitted to making an error in my mothers home loan modification. This is truly a nightmare. This modification started in May, every month my mother made the modified payment that Chase required of her. She was even making her payment one (1) day before the the first of each month. When my mother attempted on August 31st attempted to make her September payment and a Customer service representative told her that they could not take her payment due to the Home had gone in to foreclosure. I couldnt understand how this could of happened. No one told my mom that the foreclosure would continue even though she was making her Modified payments and my understanding is per Obama and the loan application that: As long as my mother complied with the terms on the Trial Period Plan, that the bank would not start foreclosure proceedings or conduct a foreclosure sale if the foreclosure proceedings had already started. Chase did all the above, they proceeded the foreclosure sale and sold my mothers home. On September 1st she again tried to make another payment and once again the Representative told her they could not accept her payment due to the home had been Sold. We spoke to a Chase underwriter Mr. Kang that was working on my mothers Modification, we advised him what we were told about the home being sold. He Being a Chase employee didnt even know the home had been sold. He assured us That he would speak to his superior and get this rectified as he was still working on My mothers modification and the explanation we were given was that a sweep of Homes were taken to be sold and my mothers loan was swept in that batch in error A N D H O W WA S T H I S R E C T I F I E D??? IT WASNT I allowed a few days to pass and called back Mr. Kang left numerous messages not once did we get a call back. He bailed on us. So then we attempted to speak to another loss mitigation representative Mrs. Zach that looked at my mothers loan modification docs and also acknowledged that yes in fact Chase had made the error and that they would be speaking to the necessary department to get the loan rescinded and that it would be about 7-10 business days that was on September 23rd today is: November 17 and till this day have not heard from Mrs. Zach again. Meanwhile my mother continues to receive letters of eviction and people coming up to her door and knocking on her door, harassing my mother. We did receive a call from Mrs. Scott she received our case and stated to us she would be assisting us but first had to review the loan and make sure my mother was eligible for the modification. She confirmed that the modification was eligible and needed to see if the home could be recinded. W H A T??? Chase dropped the ball Chase, Not complying with the modification terms sold the home while making on time trial modification and now what. Im sorry we cant do anything well this simply will not do they need to step it up and get my mothers home back and not sit on the process. My mother is emotionally stressed and harassed by different people coming up to her door knocking on the door like crazy, honking from the house driveway to get someone to open the door. Chase has acknowledged their mess up since September 20th and i from that point forward their should NOT be ANYONE coming to my mothers home to bother or disturb my mother in regards to perusing any type of eviction.
