ATR took us for $3,500 and did absolutly nothing. Steve Hannah was most arrogant and verbally abusive to my wife

ATR ripped us off for $3,500, took our money and would not do a thing for us. Their represenatives were rude and verbally abusive to us both. Told my wife "Ha-Ha, guess you lose!"
