Brian Fisher, manager of Bay furniture tried to deliver to me ripped furniture. He wanted me to accept delivery of ripped furniture and when the new back of the sofa was recieved to have the repairmen replace the back in my home.
I refused to accept delivery of the ripped sofa. Brian Fisher was verbally abusive. He finally consented to delivery a "new damn sofa". I refused his kind offer and now he will not refund my $420.00 deposit.
Don't do business with Bay Furniture!
He says that I am not entitled to my deposit because I cancelled the furniture. I did not cancel my order, I refused a ripped sofa and to do business with a verbally abusive person.
