During a Scottish Highland Games event the man that runs this company a William Paul was verbally abusive to a number of people that were looking for a specific Scottish clan tartan. Not only disparaging them for the clan tartan they were looking for but he also was verbally abusive to one person about their weight. I will agree that merchants have the right to sell what they want. However, they do not have the right to be verbally abusive to people that are simply asking for a specific item that more than fits in with what they sell. Due to clan members coming to our tent to complain about this man, including the lass that was almost in tears over his attack on her, I went to his booth to see how I would be treated. After asking the simple question of his having any kilts in the specific tartan I was met with vile rudeness coming from this man. Needless to say I was appalled at his response to a simple question and his treatment of customers.
