Chris Hannah American Tax Relief a $5,500.00 ripoff! IRS now levying my wages!

My wife and I owe back taxes from 2000. The IRS no longer wanted to work with us.

I had turned to American Tax Relief for assistance and they insisted on taking a fee prior to accepting our case.

I took a 401K loan out for $5,500.00 their fee for taking over our IRS problem.

Now almost 2 years later, nothings been done, just a lot of repeated paperwork and we didn't qualify for the Offer In Compromise.

Now the IRS is levying my wages and my wife is on disability. American Tax Relief is forcing us into Chapter 13 in order to stop the levy and force the IRS to work with us.

Stay away from American Tax Relief, the "relief" is only temporary!
