My wife and I were interested in some commercial space in Tempe and met with a man by the name of Jerry Levan the property manager for The Kyrene Commerce Center at 5861 S Kyrene Rd Tempe. He was very pompous and arrogant during our meeting and showed me some locations that were available to rent.
He was insulted when we asked why they had so much space available and if they were willing to negotiate on price. He treated us as if we were lucky he was taking the time to show us anything at all.
He proceeded to tell us the property was owned by some huge company that had millions of dollars and he didnt care if anything rented at all. I guess he is just there for the paycheck.
My wife did not like his attitude at all and his staff was equally as rude. When we stopped in the office on the way back we noticed he was verbally abusive towards his staff as well.
When I got home I checked online and found numerous complaints of the same nature. I figured it would be good to add my experience with him as well.
