Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

This company claims to have free on-line billing, however, when you pay your bill on-line, they take 2 to 3 business days to post the payment to your account. Then they slap a late payment fee of $29. To your account if payment is applied after the due date. When you call them on the phone they tell you to make an "instant payment" from your checking account over the phone, which is a $9.99 fee. Their customer service reps are unsypathetic and rude.
