This company ia a complete ripp off, I closed my account after just 30 days. My bill for one was due on a Sunday which was a little odd, but I payed my bill via internet. Well I get a email 3 days later saying that my financial institution had reversed my payment for non-suffient funds. I knew the money was in my account so I called my bank and was informed that they never tried to take the money out.
When I called Household bank the customer service rep said everything was fine and he didn't know why I recieved the email. Well 2 days after I spoke with the customer service rep I recived a phone call stating not only was the bill still unpaid I know have incurred a $30.00 fee and a $30.00 reversed payment fee. I called and tried to explain and even said I would get a letter from my bank but they were very rude.
