Here is another good scam from this company. Say your payment is due on the 18th. You go on - line on the 15th to make a payment. When you go to submit, a message comes up saying that " your payment will not post until the 19th " which you will get charged a late fee, which is always app. $35.00... the Terms and Conditions of the Online Bill Pay Service, payments scheduled
through the website will post to your account within two business days after
the date on which the payment is scheduled. Business days are Monday through
Friday and exclude federal holidays.
So according to this statement, why does a message come up saying you need to pay an express pay fee when if you submit a payment on the 15th, it will post by the 17th? This is costing consumers huge dollars and needs to be addressed!!! It is an outright scam!
