Said that i will have a credit card with a credit line of $5000 if i sent in either $45 or $49 for a rush delivery

I received a letter in the mail approximately two weeks ago stating that i was guaranteed approval for a credit card with a credit line of $5000 with 0%a.P.R.
The letter also stated that i had to send in a one-time processing fee of $45 or i could send in a $49 for rush delivery.
After reading the letter my fiance (Willie Fears) and i made the check out to consumer preferred and within a week we seen that the check had been posted in his account. After waiting and waiting we decided to look it up and found a site stating that it was a rip off.
