Consumer Preferred/Peoples Credit First Ordered credit card, sent application fee $49 - 30 days later no card ripoff

I applied for a credit card, guaranteed approval to help re-build my credit. I sent a check for $49.00 to rush the card to me. The check was cashed immediately, its now 4 weeks and I have no card nor have I heard from the company.
