For three months I have been trying to solve this matter. Direct Merchants Bank has been charging over the limit fees for Plans I didn't order.
I have called them every month. Each month I think it is straightened it out. It will be off the bill, the next statement; it's back again. This time I talked to someone in resolution and they said they would call back in a day or two that was about 4 days ago. The fee is still on my online account.
I'm disabled and don't have extra money to pay on fees I don't owe. That's why I am very prompt when paying my bills, usually ahead.
