Ripoff took $49 for nonexistant credit card with $50000 limit

I received a letter from consumer preferred promising me a credit card with a guaranteed $5000 credit limit, all I had to do was sent $49 for a rush shipment of my card.

I mailed the check on October 23 in hopes of receiving my credit card within a few days. I received a catologue on Nov 19th. There was no credit card as promised.
