Ripoff, consumer preferred said the will send me a credit card a guaranteed card of 5000 dollars, and i wrote a check for 45 dollars and i never got the card

Consumer preferred send me a letter saing, congratulation, you
are guarantee approvel for a consumer preferred platinum card with a credit line of 5,000.00 and the said its not a maybe we
have already reserved a card in your name.
And the said to receive your new platinum card plese sing and mail this guaranteed acceptance certificate and include your one time fee only 45.00 dollars, they said once we receive this form
with your membership fee, your platinum card will be send to you.
They also stated that consumer preferred provides a 30-day
gurantee money back, if i am not completely satisfied, and they to please return the platium card and membership package with-in' 30 days and your guarantee money will be refunded back to you-no question asked the ststed in the acceptance certificate. And i send the a 45.00 dollars check and i never recived anything.
