I have been using Taxbrain to do my taxes for the last 5 years and have never had an issue with them. Before using Taxbrain this year, I looked at the complaints—I am taking these complaints with a grain of salt. I reveiwed the BBB and they are in good standing (unlike the "f" that someone mentioned that the BBB reported). I also called into Taxbrain customer service, and they immediately responded. I asked them about these complaints, and they were very honest with me in explaining the situation and how it was handled. For the small percentage of people (around a 4 hour window) that were affect by this glitch, the people still got there refunds plus no charge for filing. I am telling you—it's hard to find this level of support and professionalism (yeah, go ahead and try it with block or turbo tax—good luck there. I tried that 6 years ago and it was fustrated). So see for yourself and check the BBB and even call or chat with Taxbrain if you have any doubts like I did. I feel that many of the people are overreacting with their negative (and inaccurate) comments. From what I can see, this is good tax software with great support behind it.
