I filed my return with TaxBrain and only learned about the routing number fiasco from the internet. When I did the live chat, the rep acted like It was my doing. I feel it was TaxBrain's responsibility to contact its customers as soon as it happened. I want to deal with companies who are honest and loyal to it's customers. TaxBrain was neither. Their business practice during this time has been despicable and I hope they pay.
