Ripoff, Household Bank; I was sent a statement with an annual fee attached and did not want to renew. They refused to drop the fee and told me I had to pay off the balance in 1 month to stop the fee. I stated I no longer wanted to use their card and was cancelling it, they still would not waive the 39.00 fee!
