Bad Collection Practices ripoff Prospects

My brother have a credit card with Household Bank, and it is under charged-off and/or in collection. Currently, my brother is living at my home and obviously using my telephone line. Somehow Houshold Bank got the number, and been harrassing us for months. They would call us 4-5 times/day, 7 days a week. Monday through Sunday, calls come in and it would be Household Bank. For example, on November 9th, four calls come in from Household Bank at 2:02PM, 7:52PM, 8:08PM, and 8:46PM. Its getting to the point that I'm afraid to even pick the phone, and about to change my telephone number. The caller from Household Bank would never identify themselve and nature of their calls, extremly rude, and even used obscene language. I have tried to ask the caller to ceased commuincation using my telephone number, but they slammed the phone on me. When I contact the collection's telephone number to register my complaint, they refused to give me the mailing address and would not let me speak to a supervisor claiming that I don't have an account with them! This really is not much of a rip-off, but really bad services provided by Household Bank and their affiliates.
