On Saturday September 5 I got a paper in the mail from them telling me that my account has been closed with no reason. Just saying that I would get a new account number to pay my bill but that my account has been closed and i have been up to dated on all payments.
What I like to know is how they can try to charge me my yearly fee last month then close the account the next month. I called them and they said they where going to put that amount back so i don't owe that to. But i will see when the bill comes.
But why are they closing all these accounts with out telling anyone. Are they closing. Did they get bought out. What is going on. I was Building Credit to Buy a House. This is bull.
