Something needs to be done with the monies that Citizen Bank is stealing from their customers regarding Insufficient Fee charges...
Class action Lawsuit is desparately needed.
Bank balances never correct.
Bank posts small debits same day as deposit, so overdraft is only a small amount but might account for 6 items (example). Thus over large fee charged.
Recently in bank on day of deposit. 1400 deposit was made but at the bank counter was shown my balance was only 1200 due to 195 in OD charges (5 small items, $5 and under). The next day I viewed my bank activity and another $117 OD fee was charged. Now over $300 of my pay is gone. THe 2nd charge was done THAT evening as the posted more items, and put the PRIOR to the deposit - which was not there the day before when I was in the bank! Bank managers and personnel do not care about their customers. They have been informed to always blame it back on the customer... And you can see this by their rebuttals on previous reports.
There is something really wrong and we need to ban together not allow this company steal from us. This is wrong and unjust!
