I made a deposit, a cashier's check into my Fifth Third account one hour after the bank opened, even though the printout of my balance showed my deposit the bank claimed that it wasn't going to be available until the next day. Their policy states that $100 of the deposit would be available immediately but it wasn't so the bank processed 4 pre-authorized transactions which then caused me to over draft. After arguing with the very rude customer service line I went into the bank and even though they acknowledged that there was supposed to be $100 available from my deposit, they didn't take off any of the OD charges. This is the worst bank I've even dealt with and I'd tell everyone to bank elsewhere.
I'm reporting this bank to the Better Business Bureau today.
