I mailed out my personal check of $49 on the 4/15/03 in anticipation of getting a PLATINUM card with a credit limit of $5000 by rush delivery.

In spite of several telephone calls, the customer service representatives could not help, you will either be put on hold till you hang up or an automated voice mail comes on.
