We contacted them as we I mean Sarah and Rhonda two daughters, trying to help our illiterate, elderly father that got into this jam. We try for a week to contact all we ever got was, thew caseworker was away from her desk leave a message left message no return call... Finally after my sister left a message on her voice mail saying are you ever at your desk?
How do ever get your work done away from your desk... We started talkingh to her and explained it was my dad's mortage.
The lady went to screaming at us it is not your house or mortage and there is nothing you can do about it... She didin't want to hear anything we had to say... We were applaued...
