CIC Credit Monitoring SVC STOLE MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CREDIT REPORT fraudulent ripoff business Orange County California

I down-loaded my creditcard bill to find a $79.95 charge from CIC Credit SVC. I remember now requesting a free credit report while I was doing research to buy a car. The offer was on a consumer advocate type car buying site: Carbuyingtips.com, author Jeff Ostrom.

Well, I never got my credit report, I only got the credit card bill. Plus there have been no emails from CIC Credit SVC—so I don't even know how to get a credit report. At this point I don't want a credit report—I want my 79.95 back.
