Late fees, escrow charges and insurance errors for a year

Fairbanks Capital has been screwing me for a year now with late fees escrow fees insurance they say I don't have which I do and sent the paper work to them twice payments raised and not corrected yet lies every time you talk to them I have already notified the attorney general's office to file a complaint with them
