Fairbanks Capital AKA Select Portfolio Inc, Has been adding Escrow (taxes) and Home owners insurance to our monthly mortage payments. We Pay all of our own taxes and home owners insurance. But they can't get it through their thick heads, and I can't get a pay off amount from them that well be correct.
We're in the middle of selling our house to get away from them and to try to fix our credit report. I already notified the Federal Trade Commission and The Commonwealth Of Mass Office of the Commissioner of Banks. I wish someone would close this place down for GOOD!!!
