Fairbanks Capital Corp. Acquired our loan from Olympus Servicing Center in September and since then we have paid ridiculus amounts of money for late fees, escrow, attorney fees, and a whole slew of other fees that total over $8000.00 in 8 months.
In this time I have had them threaten foreclosure atleast 3 times and I have had to pay $1700.00 for their attorney fees. I have lost my car and have had to move in with family and friends. I can't afford to pay this mortgage and rent because this is my mother's home that she has lived in over 40 years.
Just today Fairbanks call my job to let me know that another escrow has been added to our account and we are $1600.00 in the hole yet again. Everytime I get it caught up to the regular monthly payments they add another escrow or DSI. Most if not all of the monies that we have sent have all gone to the interest, very little has gone toward the principle.
Please is there anything that can be done my 79 year old mother is about to be homeless.
