Promised unsecured mastercard for initial credit limit
of 1000.00 @ 9.9% interest for life with no additional
fees of any kind.
Paid an initial fee of 187.00 which was deducted from my checking account on 2/14/03 over the phone. (I gave them my checking acct. Routing no.) Received a bunch of worthless junk and an application for a secured credit card in which I would have to send a deposit, called prime one benefits, wrote three letters and numerous
e-mails, got no answers in regards to what they initially said what I was to receive.
I asked or a refund and they told me I was past the refund date. I asked continuosly to send me the application for the unsecured card and got no replies. Company rep. Michael edwards I.D. No. 745 (prime one benefits) confirmation no. 8602 was given to me when 187.00 was deducted from my checking acct.
