Stole $24.95 from my checking account after I applied for a payday loan

I had applied for a payday loan and next thing I know they withdrew $24.95 form my account and I didnt even get the loan. I have no idea what they took my money for but i needed some help and they made it worse. I was lucky to have that in there or i would have been charged overdraft fees.
