Last summer I ordered a blackberry 8700 from Venicom wireless. They took my money and never sent me my Blackberry and then they sent me different phones instead of the 8700 for 3 times and a fake rebate until I got frustrated and canceled it. After they confirmed receiving their phones back, I reported them to the T-Mobile.
Then the venicom wireless manager "Ryan" called me and left me a angry threatening message, death threats, sending me letter that he is going to charge me over $450.00 and that he is going to report me to collection agency. I forwarded his emails and everything to the venicom company and I didn't hear anything from them assuming that the problem was resolved. Now 6 months later, he is sending me a letter to pay him around $500.00 or that he will report me to the debt collection agencies. I have thrown away or deleted his emails since it was 6 months ago.
They never gave my money back and now they are even claiming the total opposite.
