Dealer attitude does not justify creditable customer service

I bought two gold medalions to put on my pick up truck, from apple harley davidson, in dec. 2007. March of the black insert fell out and was lost. Then in may the other black insertsfell out.
I went to dealership and gave them the medalions, showing defects. Parts manager, jim, said he would call harley davidson motor co.
After 3 weeks and 4 phone calls, i was informed by asshhole JIM that there was only a 30 waranty on parts and that the motor co. Would not replace them.

Tis dealership has a reputation for having negative attitudes, from the owners and through out the employee staff. I will never spend a penny in this dealership again.

I went to a different dealership and showed them the medalions and they told me that if i had bought them there, they would have replaced them.

Just goes to show the difference between bussiness people and assholes - like jim at apple harley davidson
