I went to last chance payday loan website and applied for a payday loan. The next thing i know i had a 31 dollar fee taken out of my checking account for identity theft protection. I did not sign up for this. I applied for a refund with the company but they refused to give me a refund because they said i visited the website and applied for the loan and that you automatically are set up with the insurance. I was told it is in their terms and conditions. I bet the terms and conditions were on a link hidden, and not made obvious to customers. I can see the same thing happend to Raymond in Ohio. We need to do something to let other people know they are getting SCAMMED!
