I was mislead by Meta Bank, Netspend visit their website located at (http://www.netspend.com or 1-866-387-7363) and last but not the least a manager for the entire call center located in Buffalo New York of First Bank of Delaware 1-866-420-7157). Mr. Kevin the manager for First Bank of Delaware let me repeat his the manager for the entire operations of their loan call center he was very disrespectful. Did not listened to my needs but instead during our whole conversation Kevin tried to take in control of me and never offered assistance or listened to my needs. He was just concerned about his belief and that was it. Either his way or the highway.
Kevin never coached me or offered any advised or provided any numbers for me to call to clear the situation I am currently experiencing. He should have advised me where to look to find how to research why my current my current routing and account number is not accepted by loan companies and why I cannot order checks. And I asked him for his last name he did not want to provide to me and for First Bank of Delaware's corporates address or phone numbers he would not provide me them to me. I also mentioned to him Kevin about my medical situation that I might have a heart attack he never should any caring or emotions towards me. He Kevin did not ever offer to call the ambulance or 911.instead Kevin decided to say for he to hang up and call the ambulance myself and released me while I was on the phone and up to now still didn't show any concerned to see if I needed assistance to call 911 or the ambulance its been almost an hour. And he is the corporates and operation Manager? I could have been dead if I was alone and no one would know but him but he doesn't care cause I'm just a number to his eyes.
Please investigate all these corporations i think they are not real banks either they are fake crooks using the bank as their disguise to pretend they might be head hunters. I am very scared please coach me the right way to handle this type of crime out there so I can depend myself and know how to handle them just in case they return my way. I have two children unfortunately not by choice I am a single mom. Above banks might just be solicit fake businesses just to get our social security information, account number, address and sell you for a little amount of money. First Bank of Delaware's contact number is 800-357-9145 also want to informed you that the first number I called I provided on top of this email is one of their affiliate which is called Think Cash they are all one agency in disguised providing different websites to get innocent people or children out there. Lets stop them now please. First Bank of Delaware stated to me by one of their female representative in their customer service stated that First Delaware is a Traditional bank obviously they are considered that they have a capability of a Brickenmortor what is this terminology means? Wow that sounds scary. While I was voicing to Kevin that I might be having a heart attack while I was on the phone with Kevin guess what this this moron manager decided to do was hang up the phone on me like nothing. Why are we allowing these agencies to operate in this country. Please eliminate these types of corporations who have no feelings mostly for a woman like me who is voicing my concerned and confided about my heart problem and unfortunately he was never concerned for my safety but just said goodbye you and you are on your own.
Please also investigate Meta bank which they are web based bank? Netspend is also provided wrong information on their reload centers they provided address and name of banks which unfortunately have wrong address and all their information is not updated. Sir wow this is very easy can I also please open a bank in my name since anyone can just do this? And how easy is it just to get a routing number and bank account and provide to innocent people and disguise that I am a BANK. Lets illeminate these crooked agencies who are not caring and protecting our innocent people like myself and my family and unfortunately I think they are legalize to do this type business in the world right? God please help me. I don't know who else to turn to. I am contacting President Obama he should have the authority and power to eliminate these irresponsible heartless companies
