Refused to Provide Card Numbers Used in Fraudulent Charges

Several charges were made to my account with netspend visa. Total was 693.00 dollars. They will not provide the number of the virtual cards used to do this so I can
see who did this and pursue them. The companies who received the funds say they need the first 6 and last 4 numbers of the cards to do this. Netspend will not cooperate in this matter. I recommend that you do not use netspend visa debit for any reason.
