Two $15 Overdraft Fees Charged Same Day on a $5 Shortfall

On January 29 Meta Bank AKA Netspend charged my account with two 15.00 overdraft. I have a problem with giving 15.00 for 5.00 and had no ideal I was making a loan! The other charge was for the same day for 13.00. These charges are abuse a rip off. What happen to 10.00 cushion. I want my money back.
