On Saturday, March 15th, I applyed for a Visa Card from Americas 1st visa, and gave them on the internet, my debit card numbers so they could take out $49.95, they requested.
On Monday, March 17th; they took the money. I had not heard anything from them, so I tried to get them on the internet, but their internet address was no longer.
I finally got a number to them and I called, however the woman that answered, told me she didn't have anything to do with it and gave me another number to call.in doing so, a man answered the phone, and in cancelling my application, the man said he would have my money
put back in to my account in one week.
One week and a half passed and still no money refund nor no word from them. I recalled the no, and the woman that answered this time, told me that it took up to 30 days for the refund. Now I have waited and called my bank and still no money refund.
I now feel that I have been fraudently deceived and ripped off.
