Aspire Visa Card
Ripoff asked for up front fee and was denied card but will not refund fee of 159.00

I mildred applied for a aspire visa via internet and was required to pay 159.00 on my visa bank card i was denied the card via letter a month ago and i have been calling and e-mailing and keep getting the run around and different numbers to call and no one seems to be able to tell me anything about getting a refund i want my 159.00 back sense my credit is not good enough for a visa card
