It's the same mail offer reported by others - an offer of a $10,000 credit line IF you only send them a $37 fee, first.
No other details are give, and no phone number or email address
They offer a "Platinum Card" Membership, yet in their fine print they say they are NOT related to Visa or Mastercharge. Notice also it's a Membership.
I received this after I paid off a Paypal free 90 day same as credit account. Check out that connection - Paypal may be selling your information to crooks like these
This is the equivalent of mail fraud, overall, in my legal opinion.
