Lease Finance Group is a terrible corrupt and criminal company. Most lease companies operate the same way... Somewhere in the small print there is an automatic renewal clause for one year if you do not follow the end of lease buyout rules. I followed the end of lease rules, sent them my final check, they cashed it, and I cancelled the automatic payment withdraw. Well, two months later, Lease finance Group debited over $650. They will not return my calls or get me to the correct person. The ass in collections said it was asset management that made the mistake. Asset management said that I didn't send the final payment correctly. Bullshit. I contacted this company at least 7 times in the final year of my lease. If you can, avoid these caustic pieces of shit.
