This company came to my office to lease a machine. I signed all the documents needed. Then after I signed (this was a thursday) he stated he didnt have the machine with him. He stated he would be back on Tuesday to hook machine up and bring me copies of the contract. He never showed. 30 days later my account starts being debited for the lease amount. The sales rep would never answer the phone and when I contacted Lease Finance Group they stated they have a contract with my signature and I was obligated to a 2 year lease. I contacted my attorney and he said because I signed although I do not have the machine I was still obligated. So the rep never called me back after numerous calls for months. Lease Finance would not assist me at all in the matter. I honored the 2 year lease and guess what, after the 2 year lease was up they stated it was 4 years now. I never even got the contract or the machine. No one can seem to help.
