Unauthorized access of Bank Account City Of Industry

11-12-08 7:32 PM Capital One (C-1) records indicate that I gave them permission to access my checking account.
11-13-08 C-1 accessed my checking account
11-24-08 Payment returned to C-1

Amazingly the NSF fee's disapeared from bank account, no proof of the NSF, however, C-1 did send a statement with the unauthorized credit displayed in the monthly statement.

C-1 later reversed the NSF Fee.
I blocked C-1 from accessing my account.

I continue to get "harassing" calls from C-1 as to why I had the payment returned — the payment which was never authorized.
