Bank of America dishonored its agreement to return my canceled checks to me. Bank of America made subsequent deals with vendors allowing them direct access to make withdrawals from my checking account. Bank of America ignored my prior written demand to prevent any EFT withdrawal by any vendor.
Bank of America allows vendors to destroy my checks and to have direct access to my checking account to withdraw my funds. Bank of America statements show merchant EFT transfers but not check numbers, and sometimes transfers to other than payee on check.
Reconstruction of my bank statement is difficult.
I previously notified Bank of America in writing to refuse any attempt by any firm for any direct access to my checking account, and no firm has ever been authorized by me to make any direct access to my checking account, but Bank of America continues to abuse its trust.
Bank representatives told me it as a "computer problem" they can not fix, and that it is impossible to program their computer to prevent these unauthorized withdrawals.
I want Bank of America to return to me all moneys withdrawn from my account by unauthorized firms, to permanently stop the buse of account and to stop violating their position of trust.
