I bet I know how Wells Fargo survived the recent Banking meltdown, because they are robbing their customers blind with fees and false charges, they are rude and don't have a clue about Customer Service, their Auto Loan Department calls me at all times of the day, every day, any time even Sundays, I owe them $150.00, and I have called them and explained my recent financial situation. As for their Home Mortgage Department, they won't even tell me over the phone if my loan is a Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, luckily I found out on my own, I applied for a Loan Modification and submitted all the necessary paperwork, and they now tell me it could be another 8-10 weeks??? So in the meantime what am I suppose to do, let them take my home? I bet they would love that as I have alot of equity and only owe them $52,000 on my loan, I am scared because I have 2 children one that is Special Needs, I work, but my hours have been reduced, does anyone have any ideas?
