I have been trying to get Wells Fargo to correct my loan modification papers for three months. I have sent countless emails to a John Stump. I did receive a response from Thomas Linderman who was unable to answer my questions. I am still receiving calls from the Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation department requesting that I send in the signed paperwork to finalize my loan modification. When the representative calls and I answer the call, they advise that they are on an automatic dialer and they can't see who they are calling or what is going on with the account until they are connected to the customer. This is ridiculous. I have repeatedly advised that the principal balance is wrong and broken it down in the simplest mathematical form and still I am getting no where. But in the meantime I am making monthly modified payments and my mortgage is being reported to the credit bureau as delinquent. This is a nightmare, had I known that this is the way Wells Fargo handles loan modifications I would have tried to refiance with another bank. What a horrible experience!
