I have been here before filing a complaint about Wells Fargo Financial. This is the 2nd report I filed the 1st one on 1/26 right after Wells Fargo Financial canceled a loan we were approved for. I have written Wells Fargo Financial at least 4 letters demanding a reason for the canceled loan.By law they have to respond.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Lot of good they were. They gave Wells Fargo Financial a deline to contact me about the canceled loan and they ignored the deadline. Finally about 3 weeks after the past deadline, Wells Fargo Financial responded but only responded on the BBB web site.
We were told that Wells Fargo Financial had in good faith contacted us and that the case was closed.in the first place, Wells Fargo Financial never contacted us even once. Nothing was ever respolved. The BBB is no good if they let businesses walk all over them and consumers like they did us.
Wells Fargo Financial cost us time and money, not to mention the finance charges we had to pay all of our credit card accounts because they kept delay after delay and then canceled our loan after wasting 4 months of time we could have spent looking somewhere else for a loan.
We have since refinanced our mortgage with another loan company, but I be damned if I will let Wells Fargo Financial off the hook. They should be made accountable for their actions and all the lies they told us and the money it cost us in the 4 months we wasted with them.
On March 24th we finally received an answer as to why our loan was canceled. Our home was apprasied at $450,000.00. We live on a 40 acre Ranch and Wells Fargo Financial
