This is the second time i have written. My biggest complaint was the over limit acount they keep saying i was for about six months then i finally went for help and consolidated my cards.
I have no problems with my other card just with this one. I stood in a store and my avaible credit went down over 200.00 without me buying anything.
When i called to talk to someone about this she had no real answer for me. She got so rude to say i shouldnt have used my card so much and i wouldnt have a problem.
I am just wondering how many times i was ripped of and never caught it.
I can no longer get in touch with them.
The phone# i have says they no longer take calls' they are still taking credt protection out and i no longer have there card.
As i said i cnsolidated my cards through debtscape and i pay every month on time.
Directmerchants has made my credit report saying i dont pay on time and owe overlimit fees.
