Have had the card for approx. 6 years, when we first started with them interest rates were good and we had no problems. Then I made the mistake of having a late payment. Next thing I know interest is now at 29.9% and although I havent used the card in well over six months, make my payments on time, (more than the min.) my balance goes up each month, and I have OVERLIMIT charges.
No matter how often you call or write nothing changes, and each month it gets worse. I now (according to them) am over the limit by 102.00 & they want it now. Well I never went over limit, and need to know how to get rid of them.
Stay away from them.
