Thank god for something like this. We had to file bankruptcy in september they were going to foreclose on us and we came up with the payments to make good on the year. I was told by this scam co. That we wouldnt have to worry about payments untill we were formally discharged.
Then we get a phone call saying we owe january's payment, no problem, we send it in and wait for our 1098 form. The form comes and it shows only 2 months worth of interest. We call and are put on hold and then sent to bankruptcy dept. We are still waiting to hear from them!!! These people need to be stopped before theytake everything.
