I made a deposit for $233.85 at TCF Cub Foods Knollwood branch in St. Louis Park on Tuesday evening, November 4.
I gave a teller a check for $133.85 and a single $100 bill, together with my TCF card. The next morning, Wed. November 5, I discovered that the transaction reciept showed a deposit of only $133.85. I immediately called TCF customer service and reported a missing $100.00 from this deposit.
Customer Service has assured me that they will research the issue within 24-48 hours. As time passed by and having put several more calls to customer service, I was keep promised that somebody will contact me shortly but nobody did.
